How to apply

Please complete all areas and ensure that you have all the required documents.

Step 1: Submit online application OR download the application form to print and complete.
Step 2: Deposit or EFT the application fee of R 330 into bank account on application form.  Use the following reference: Surname + Initials of Learner + Grade (Example: Smith EJ 1)
Step 3: Complete application form in full.  Sign, scan and forward with proof of payment to info@flamingoschool.co.za or drop off at our school office.

Documents required to apply

  1. 1 x head and shoulder ID photo of child – most recent
  2. IDs of Parents / Guardians
  3. Proof of Residence
  4. Birth Certificate of RSA Students
  5. Passport / Study Permit for Non-SA Citizens
  6. Learner’s most recent School Report
  7. Learner’s most recent Clinic Card
  8. ID of person responsible for the school fees, if not parent/guardian
  9. Three month bank statement of person responsible for payment of school fees
  10. Most recent payslip of person responsible for payment of school fees
  11. Disciplinary Record / Testimonial from the previous school
  12. Proof of applicant’s residence
